Muthuraman is a senior advisor for businesses on their IPO -fund raising , private equity , divestiture and acquisition pursuits. Prior to co-founding his boutique advisory firm, Riverbridge in 2008, Muthu was Director – Ratings with CRISIL and was also a part of their rating committee. Muthu actively backs, mentors and invests in emerging start-ups.
Muthu co-founded the revived edition of #SWARAJYA the centre right publication, originally founded by Shri C.Rajagopalachari. His periodic columns in Swarajya are widely appreciated and shared in the social media for its well researched and goal oriented approach. Muthu also occupies board positions with leading companies.
Muthu is an alumnus of College of Engineering-Guindy and IIM-Bangalore.
Mr S N Balasubramanian, fondly known as SNB, a professionally qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, completed Senior Management Programme at IIM Ahmedabad ,retired as the CEO of ACCL, an associate Company of auto major Ashok Leyland Limited. His expertise being General Management, Leadership and Strategic Planning, he serves as Mentor & Strategist to a Healthcare organisation and occupies board positions in select educational institutions.
He is actively mentoring and guiding a pathbreaking natural medicine venture towards its growth. An active member of Exnora International , he is currently the President of Exnora Innovators Club of Anna Nagar. SNB is also an avid Rotarian and has assumed leadership position for Environmental Management activities for Rotary International District 3232. He is also ardently devoted and committed to other longstanding philanthropic activities and is a mentor with Bharatiya Yuva Shakti Trust.
